Established in 2008 by fourth generation General Contractor Ginger Sepulveda. GCJ Inc. owners Ginger Sepulveda, Derek Scalise, and Marcus Gowan have over 65 years of combined experience in the construction industry. GCJ Inc. is signatory to the Nor Cal Carpenters Union and self-performs metal and wood framing, insulation, drywall, doors, hardware, concrete, and selective demolition. GCJ Inc. Employees hold either OSHA 10 or 30, and many are CQM certified.

Capabilities and Experience
GCJ Inc. specializes in government work. Our clientele primarily consists of Federal government entities such as DOE, DOD, GSA, USACE, DOI, CalTrans, and other local government agencies. Our Projects range from $25K Office Refresh Projects to $2.5M Complex Renovations, including specialized utility installation to support one-of-a-kind equipment systems. Our crews focus on safety for all who enter our projects and always professionally represent themselves. GCJ Inc. has performed work throughout Northern California, Western Nevada, and Southern Oregon.
