Established in 2008 by fourth-generation General Contractor Ginger Sepulveda, GCJ Inc. is a certified 8(a) graduate, WOSB (Women-Owned Small Business), DGS (California Department of General Services) Small Business, NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) WBE (Women's Business Enterprise), and CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) Woman-Owned Business. Currently, GCJ is owned and operated by Ginger Sepulveda, Marcus Gowan, and Derek Scalise, who together have more than 65 years of experience in the construction industry. As of December 31, 2023, GCJ Inc. has successfully acquired all employees and clients from Gowan Construction, further expanding its expertise and client base in the construction sector. 

GCJ Inc. proudly upholds its commitment to excellence as a signatory to the Northern California Carpenters Union, employing a skilled workforce of up to twenty carpenters at any given time. Our expertise encompasses rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, doors, windows, hardware, concrete, and drywall. With all employees holding OSHA 10 certification and supervisors equipped with OSHA 30 certification, we prioritize safety and professionalism. Furthermore, our team includes certified USACE/NAVFAC QCM Superintendents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
